running and maintenance of your property as well as lease with the
tenant throughout the duration of their stay.

will maintain your property in good condition, give advice on
refurbishment, and organize cleaning pre- and post-tenancy under
our strict guidelines

will inspect your property every 3 months providing you with a
full report (including photographs). We will also inspect it
after any works have been carried out.

will organize an inventory of your property before letting it.
We'll also carry out a check-in and check-out procedure at the
beginning and end of each tenancy.
We
know tenants, especially corporate and diplomatic organizations,
increasingly demand high standards of property management and will
generally pay a premium for such services.
